Laboratory
Trinity Healthcare Network features an extensive in-house laboratory capable of performing every lab request within 15 minutes. All labs are performed onsite, and every culture result is reviewed by a staff physician and available within 24 hours.
Pharmacy
Trinity’s extensive in-house pharmacy is fully stocked with more than 300 medications on hand for immediate fill. We have a formulary identical to that of any major hospital emergency room ensuring the stock of vital cardiac critical care medication, every major intravenous and oral antibiotic and narcotic analgesic, and all routine therapeutic medications and nebulizer treatments.

Staff
Trinity Healthcare Network proactively recruits the best medical care providers in the industry.
All Trinity Emergency Physicians are residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine. Many of our physicians continue to subsidize their knowledge and training by co- working in high acuity hospitals or as professors of academic institutions.
Trinity resident nurses all have extensive ICU and ER experience in large county hospitals as well as impeccable patient care skills. Each of the radiology technicians are certified per their modality and have equitable clinical experience.
CHRISTOPHER JAY WRIGHT , M.D., P.A. Neuroradiology Specialist, Board Certified
Dr. Wright is a neuroradiologist whose professional doctoral experience includes his former role as partner at Network Radiology in Ohio, staff physician at Glenwood Hospital in the Glenwood Regional Medical Center in Louisiana, and as a private practitioner with Alliance Radiology in the Conroe Regional Medical Center. Dr. Wright’s exceptional career began with his education at the University of Alabama and their prominent School of Medicine where he achieved top academic marks in addition to multiple honor selections.

Dr. Filley is a dedicated emergency physician with a special interest in interventional pain management. His interest in emergency care dates back to his service as a volunteer EMT while earning his undergraduate and medical degrees. Dr. Filley has received numerous certifications and awards, including the Outstanding Performance Award in Emergency Medicine from the University of Texas Medical School.

Prior to Dr. Butler’s role as Emergency Physician at Trinity, he was an Assistant Professor at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center (HSC) El Paso at the Thomason Hospital, a regional level I Trauma Center with an annual volume of over 60,000 patients per year, and the principal training site for Tech’s emergency medicine residency program.

Dr. Vela’s career in emergency medicine began in Corpus Christi where he worked at Christus Hospital as an Emergency Medicine Physician. He came to Houston in 2005 and joined the Trinity team in 2007. He received the Outstanding Resident award at Thomason Hospital and received his undergraduate degree cum laude.

His dedication to emergency medicine began with his service on an all-volunteer EMT team.

Since becoming a registered nurse he has worked as staff nurse in emergency departments, as well as charge nurse, Clinical manager, and trauma coordinator at Conroe regional medical center.
